  1. Wrap text in tables on Flexible or Advance reports

    Being able to wrap text in a table cell so that all the data can fit in without having a very wide column. The reports then become more user friendly.

  2. Home Address on emergency details sheet

    Please can the Home Address be added as an option on Emergency Details sheet? This would be very beneficial if a child went missing.

  3. Improve the Single Central Record Function

    Update and improve the Single Central Register functionality by including Section 128, staff suitability, Safeguarding training in line with Ofsted requirements.

  4. Have a indicator for dietary requirements - we currently record as Medical

    Ability to record dietary requirements such as Halal diet, food allergies, vegetarian etc.
    Also to include this on the New Student Form and Student Update Form

  5. Student Reports - Student Selection by Group

    It would be really useful if ALL student reports had the option to select students by Group, allowing for multiple student groups to be selected together.

  7. Please can we have the ability to add a Notes box to any page in the pupil profile

    I am aware that a notes box can be added on the UDI page, but I would love to be able to add a notes box in other places within the student profile. For example on the Medical information page.

  8. First Aid Incidents recorded

    The facility to record first aid incidents on RM Intergris (along the same lines as behaviour incidents are recorded) would reduce the paperwork in schools, put information in one place, improve communication and allow trends to be monitored easily.

  10. Staff Communicate

    Please can a staff communicate feature be added. All our staff records are on Integris but we cannot email them. TA's and Lunch staff don't have a work email address so being able to email them personally is vital.

  11. New Student Form - import info electronically

    New Student Form - is it possible to send the New Student Form electronically to new September starter parents and to then be able to import the completed info via ATF/CTF into Integris. This would speed up the process dramatically!

  12. Pupil record - contact notes

    On a pupil record in edit there is a 'notes box' on the contact record, this is handy to put info re: parents days/times of work but the info is not visible once saved. Where can this be viewed?

    Also is there an area where the date a pupil's address is amended and by whom can be stored?

  13. Emailing Pupils Update Forms to Parents

    Could we email parents directly with their child's update form rather than having to run and save a report for each family then manually email them out, which is really time consuming. This would create less paperwork (which we are trying to reduce due to Coronavirus). It would also prevent any GDPR mistakes.

  15. To be able to run a report (for the LA) on meals taken in the categories: Free School Meals, Universal Meals, Paid and Packed Lunch.

    Our school, like others I'm sure, need to be able to report, on a weekly basis (for the Local Authority) on meals taken in the categories: Free School Meals, Universal, Paid and Packed Lunches rather than having to manually count these categories. Can the Meal Type Summary report be modified to do this?

  16. Adding filds to communication

    I was wondering if on Integris Communication tab there could be a field added to enable us to add a child’s name, surname and Year/Class. There is already the field for Parents salutation but it would be great to be able to have an option for this also.

  17. Staff absence tab in individual staff details to get a quick overview of all their absences

    Being able to look up a staff record quickly & having a tab detailing all their individual absences such as for sickness, carers leave, compassionate etc, rather than having to pull a report or look up in the cover module.

  18. Ability to read assessment memos on the student profile

    In the assessment section of the student profile you can choose which assessment items to show, including any memo (comment) columns. But, the assessment item appears as a image of a notebook and doesn't show the text within the comment. It's not possible to open the notebook to view the comment. If the text has been written into a character column it will show. The memo is a better option for a markbook because it allows more characters and is useful for linking to reports. A PRU has requested this functionality.

  19. We have various children who require medicine on a daily basis and we have to record this. It would be ideal if there was the facility to on

    We have various children who require medicine on a daily basis (some more than once) that we have to administer and we have to record this. It would be ideal if there was the facility to do this on integris please, with the date, time, name of medicine, amount given, who administered and any side effects. expiry dates field would be helpful too.
