  1. Have a indicator for dietary requirements - we currently record as Medical

    Ability to record dietary requirements such as Halal diet, food allergies, vegetarian etc.
    Also to include this on the New Student Form and Student Update Form

  2. First Aid Incidents recorded

    The facility to record first aid incidents on RM Intergris (along the same lines as behaviour incidents are recorded) would reduce the paperwork in schools, put information in one place, improve communication and allow trends to be monitored easily.

  3. Minutes Late Report

    Would it be possible to record how many minutes late a child is & then be able to generate a report to show this with dates in which they were late. It would also be beneficial if a report for a selected time period was available for all children as well as individuals, with a generated total of minutes late.

  4. Change of chart colours in assessment analysis

    When creating a chart on the assessment analysis option, you aren't currently able to change the colours of the bar charts. We would like this so it can reflect the colours of our assessment system. e.g. 1 = red not purple.

  5. Weekly school dinner report

    Would it be possible to be able to print-out a weekly report, by class, of any school school meals taken during that week? We record pupils meal type in the 'Attendance' module on a daily basis but there doesn't appear to be a report for this, so have to do this manually. Thank you.

  6. We have various children who require medicine on a daily basis and we have to record this. It would be ideal if there was the facility to on

    We have various children who require medicine on a daily basis (some more than once) that we have to administer and we have to record this. It would be ideal if there was the facility to do this on integris please, with the date, time, name of medicine, amount given, who administered and any side effects. expiry dates field would be helpful too.

  7. History of sent emails via communicate

    It would be useful to have a history for emailed communications, so that schools can see what has beenve sent, when and to whom, in the documents tab

  8. Display students photographs by default on the student details screen

    When 2 or more students exist with the same forename and surname there is a high potential for safeguarding issues to arise i.e. wrong parent contacted.

    As an extra layer of security to this issue it would be a good idea if student photographs were shown as default on the student details screen, rather than having to click to open the photo.

  9. User Management Report - which shows current users

    Hi
    Could a report be created which allows you to print off who your current active users of the system are and allows you to see what roles they have, and when their expiry day is?
    This would be useful for audit purposes.

  10. When you go into modules, student details, having a search page, rather then just displaying the first alphabetical child's record (GDPR)

    The current display is not compliant with GDPR regulations as the first alphabetical record always comes up. There should be a blank holding or search page.

  11. Would it be possible to search for a child's record using their phone number?

    When looking for a specific child, we can use the Find tab but it only allows certain areas to be searched. It would be good to be able to search with a phone number.

  12. Absence Tracking - Combination of attendance and lates

    The attendance tracking does not give us the overall attendance percentage for a student but individually states the attendance (not counting lates) and the lates. When adding the attendance percentage with the late percentage, it allows us to get the overall attendance percentage for a student. Is there by any chance we can combine these two categories together so the attendance summary for a student is the same percentage as the one shown in the absence tracking.

  13. Attendance Summary Report

    Attendance Summary Report. When running an attendance report (old Herringbone), unless you remember every time to untick the 'closed session mark' box the attendance summary will not show Inset Days. This can cause problems when sending reports off to the Education Welfare Department for the purpose of Penalty Notices. Would it be possible for the box to be 'unticked' by default.

  15. Automatically pull through the key stage data into markbooks

    On a markbook, the generic key stage columns don't automatically show the data for new pupils that have joined or following a key stage assessment. In order to pull the data through users have to run the Administration/Utilities/Update Year Independent markbooks routine.
    Users understandably forget how to do this or that it needs doing and therefore think that there is something wrong with the markbooks. Despite providing lots of reminders to schools it is one of our most frequent support issues. Please can this automatically update.

  16. Attendance reports (Attendance Return) additional Sort criteria

    To get reports (e.g. for the LA) with absence figures for different groups e.g. SEN / non SEN, Pupil Premium / Non pupil premium you have to go a long way round using advanced find and adding and removing children from the browse set (no quick search that I have found to only pull back the children without SEN or pupil premium). Could you add criteria to the Sorts tab for No SEN (SEN = N or Not specified), Total pupil premium (Ever FSM + Ever Pupil Premium) and No pupil premium?

    In the Attendance module there is a Custom Registers option. The registers include a Notes field but at the moment anything entered there can only be viewed when logged: the Print function on the Custom Register screen does not include the notes and the Notes field there is clearly not related to the Notes field in the standard attendance registers so anything entered is not included if an Individual Absentee report is run.

  18. It would be good to be able to search for Guardian names or email addresses. Is this a function already in RM Integris?

    There seems to be no function to search for Guardian names or email addresses. This would be helpful when it comes to finding the guardian information. Especially when it comes to finding an email address to set up for and check RM Parent Portal details.

  20. Can we have a blank staff update form on Integris?

    Can we have a blank staff update form for new starters to complete like there is for pupils - the New Student Form?
